1. No Refunds After Service Activation
All sales are final once a subscription plan has been activated. We do not issue refunds or credits for partial months of service, unused periods, or if you simply decide to cancel your subscription.
2. Free Trial
We offer a free trial to allow you to test our service. It is your responsibility to cancel the subscription before the trial period ends if you do not wish to be charged. Refunds will not be issued for subscriptions that convert to a paid plan after a free trial due to a user’s failure to cancel.
3. Technical Issues
We are committed to providing a stable and high-quality service. If you are experiencing persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the service, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team first. Our team will work diligently to resolve any problems you encounter.
Refunds for technical issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion, only if we are unable to resolve a verified, service-breaking problem on our end.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if an error is verified, will gladly issue a full refund for the incorrect charge.
